Return policy & Warranty
All Items are very well handled, packaged and shipped. It is all done with love and care, we are happy to accept return but under the following rules
- All returns MUST be returned in their original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or delivery docket)
- Goods will be returned if faulty or incorrect.
- Jewellery: to accept being faulty doesn’t include mishandling such as normal wear and tear, ageing, natural tarnishing and accidents)
- Candles and Diffusers: we do not accept returns if the candle is black or trimmed, and if diffuser sticks ae used.
Take your time when choosing one of our items, whether it was for yourself or a gift for someone we will make sure you have a good experience with us.
Return Process
- Email returns@claritybykarina.com to submit your return, please mention in the email the order number, reason of return and a picture of the order if faulty
- Returns must be made within 13 days of purchase.
- After return approval, goods must be returned within 7 days only.
- All returns MUST be returned in there original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or delivery docket)
- Returns must be made via post (address for returns will be advised via email.
Responsibility
We take full responsibility for our shipments but please do not expect us to do the same with returns
Return postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and clarity by karina will not accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. We highly recommend that you use insured and registered post via Sendle or Australia post.
If you change your mind on your order, please note that postage costs will not be refunded, after accepting your return form, a deduction of the original postage charges will be applied. If you request a refund, it will take up to 10 business days for the refund to re-appear in your account.
Please note
- Clarity by karina takes full responsibility and pays for courier returns if the item purchased is Faulty, and in case the customer wants to return because of “a change of mind” the later will cover the courier fees.
Warranty
Warranty only applies on the following:
- Jewellery: only selected jewellery items have warranty of 6 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.
- Shipping
- Accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Abusive knock
- Ageing and natural tarnishing

- Candles and diffusers: make sure you read and follow all the care instructions on our website.
- Gift Packages: the only warranty we give you is making sure you will be happy for your selected items to be well wrapped and packaged.
